We give you a schedule that details what will occur at
each stage of construction
and when we expect each step to be completed. We keep you
informed as to our progress weekly. Our job is to avoid

We give you a final price before construction begins.
We ask all the questions before we begin, so you know what
your costs are before we start building. At Taoton Homes, we
"lock in" our prices with subcontractors and suppliers so
there are no cost overruns. The only reason the price
would change would be if you decide to upgrade the design
during the process.
